- Ensures that training documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.
- Handle general inquiries and concerns from trainees about programs created by the team outside of the training schedule.
- Ensures attendance and documentation of team syncs, as needed.
- Conducts and facilitates trainer-led, classroom-type, daily virtual training sessions for a class of trainees based on the assigned training program.
- Conducts and facilitates assessments for trainees that effectively test out learned skills during the course of the program.
- Addresses and resolves concerns from trainees in a timely manner during training hours.
- Provides objective and constructive feedback to trainees regarding their performance in a timely manner.
- Handles onboarding to Operations for trainees who successfully complete the program if needed.
- Works with the Assistant Training Manager in reviewing the training program; suggests, and works on agreed-upon enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization/industry.
- Plans, prepares, and creates learning materials such as slide decks, videos, reviewers, etc, that can aid in the trainees' learning of skills and values related to their roles and responsibilities.

- Experience Required - At least 6 months experience training in either a classroom or remote setup with proven success in this area
- Experience as a Magician or in Magic Classic Operations is a plus.
- Experience in Messager or any task manager tools is a plus.
- Must be able to understand, break down, and simplify complex concepts that are relatable to the audience.
- Must be able to build genuine rapport and good working relationships with trainees and team members.
- Must be able to engage the audience with interactive discussions and relevant situations enhancing their learning.
- Must be familiar with operating Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for delivery of training, coordination with trainees, and documentation.
- Must have experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution with proven success in this area.
- Must be willing to be assigned to either day or night schedules.
- Must be comfortable with receiving $4-4.5/hour as a pay rate.
- Must be willing to undergo train-the-trainer sessions for 3-4 weeks.
- Exceptional presentation skills- proficient or at the very least, knowledgeable about creating presentations through Google Slides, Canva, and/or other related software.
- Strong communication skills: efficient, effective, provides context, considers the audience/impact, timely transfer of information and responses. C1-C2 English Proficiency (CEFR).
- Ability to provide constructive feedback as well as maintain a good feedback loop.
- Ability to pay attention to the little things.
- Able to work independently, able to make a detailed, well-thought-out plan based on a rough idea/concept.
