Matured, responsible and can handle pressure Have excellent leadership skills Critical thinker, keen to details, organized, excellent in time management and can work under minimal supervision Handle end to end recruitment Assists in handling administrative tasks such as (utility bills, vehicle renewal, office supplies, SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil health etc.) Can do multi-tasking Will be in charge of recruitment and hiring of vacancies which includes job posting, interview and recommendations of qualified applicant Will be in charge of creating employee's handbook, including code of conduct and corresponding consequences Will be in charge of creating flow-chart together with job descriptions, duties and responsibilities for each job position Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Working experience is an advantage Experience in organizational development is an advantage Requirements: Skills: Analytical, Clerical, Creative, Critical Thinking, Decision-Making, Computer/Technical Literacy, Adaptability/Flexibility
