Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Create and implement effective on boarding plans Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Manage the day-to-day operation of the HR function and duties Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Coordinate with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celeb. Prepares and documents all company fixed properties, including the documentations related thereto but not limited to, title, proof of purchase, insurance policies, and warranty cards. Prepares and keeps the documentations pertaining to the assigned company properties to the employees. Arranges travels, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations, and the like. Ensures the availability and upkeep of all office machines and equipment. Ensures the availability of office supplies. Custodian of the revolving fund of the head office for small expenses to requiring check preparation. Prepares all the necessary documents, requests for the budgetary requirements, and ensures the availability of funds to perform the assigned duties effectively and efficiently. Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time by the Managing Director, Executive Vice President, and President. Qualifications: Proven experience as HR Staff/Assistant, or other HR position Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office knowledge of HRMS is a plus Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliability BS/BA in Psychology/Human Resource Management or relevant field further training will be a plus Requirements: .
