Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a rapidly growing Bancassurance company in Metro Manila. We're seeking a Sales Specialist with at least 2 years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting targets.About the Role:
The Sales Specialist will drive sales growth, offer financial product solutions, and build strong client relationships. This role offers an opportunity to showcase customer service and account management skills while gaining valuable bancassurance industry insights.Key Responsibilities:

Solicit new business and implement marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Serve as a liaison between customers and the back office for efficient plan servicing.
Generate leads and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales with supporting documentation (certifications and awards) for at least a year.
Candidates with 6 months of sales experience and strong communication skills may apply for the Junior Bancassurance Sales Executive role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and computer savvy.

Salary range: PHP 20,000.00 - PHP 25,000.00 per month
