As a Commissions Specialist, you will communicate with service providers and master agents to resolve customer issues about their plans or subscriptions. See if this job is right for you. How You Spend Your Eight Hours Engage in omnichannel communication (e.g., chat, email, voice, portals) with internet service providers, telco carriers, and master agents to gather information for commissions Use multiple systems to retrieve necessary information to accurately input payments into spreadsheets Audit payments received to ensure accurate payments Resolve payment disputes discovered in the auditing process by creating and managing tickets Communicate issues with the team to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of requests Manage contract submissions for incoming orders with carriers and master agents Manage multiple spreadsheets to organize payment data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all payment details every month Hit or even exceed performance metrics related to responsibilities (e.g., orders processed daily) Identify and execute process improvements Perform other job-related duties within your scope of practice and other duties as assigned What You Must Possess Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.), especially Google Sheets Excellent and accurate data entry skills Accounting Experience in a BPO setup Strong attention to detail Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proactive approach to follow-throughs and follow-ups Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Telecom coordination and accounting experience in a BPO setup (strongly preferred) What You Shall Receive HMO coverage with two free dependents upon regularization VL/SL credits upon regularization Friendly and supportive work culture 13th-month pay and other Philippine-government-mandated benefits Non-taxable allowances Pay increases, performance bonuses, birthday gifts, and many more What You Should Consider Full-time position Monday to Friday, night shift Hybrid work setup with on-site training 27k - 40k Salary Package based on experience.
