If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a vibrant, high-impact setting, then you should join our team!Get to know the roleWe are looking for someone who will help the team in Business and Strategy Operations to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of our Grab Service Hub (GSH) cities. We believe a successful candidate is excellent at stakeholder management and problem solving, and has the hunger to grow the business. This role is required because of our ongoing expansion and the need for efficient operations and strategic initiatives to support our growth. In return, you will get an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to a diverse range of tasks, and make a significant impact on our operations and strategic direction.The Day-to-Day Activities

You serve as the main point person for Grab Service Hubs (GSH) cities
You are responsible for the overall metrics of GSH cities, and track and monitor performance to ensure total business is growing as planned
You ensure the GSH operational partners achieve their targets according to the agreed scorecard
You provide support to GSH operational partners to ensure operations run smoothly overall, including items related to GrabFood Merchant-Partners and Driver-Partners
You engage with external and internal stakeholders to brainstorm how to grow the business

QualificationsThe Must-Haves

You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have a bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in operations and/or project management
You have strong stakeholder management skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills
You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and are able to draw key insights from numbers
You are organized and can easily handle tasks for projects with multiple timelines
You are willing to work on the field and engage closely with your stakeholders
You can handle different personalities and business objectives simultaneously, and in a calm, composed manner
You are a self-starter, are detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
You are humble and easygoing - happy to learn on the fly and roll with the punches
You must be based in any city in Visayas and Mindanao
You must be open to travel from time to time to Visayas & Mindanao cities

You are knowledgeable in SQL and/or Python
