This job opening has been viewed 3034 times Job Description (1) ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE VI- Truck/Vehicle/Forklift Driver (1 slot) Salary Grade: 6 Status of Employment: COS Location/Office: VDRC Program/Division/Unit: VDRC Minimum Qualification Standards: Education: High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational/trade course Training: None Required Experience: None Required Eligibility: Driver's License (MC 11, s. 96 Cat. 11)/ TESDA Heavy Equipment Operation National Certificate II Forklift Operation Preferred Qualification: Education: At least High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational/trade Course Training: At least four (4) hours of relevant training (Minor Engine Troubleshooting/Road Safety and/or Forklift Operation) Experience: At least five (5) years of experience as provincial/city truck driver and/or one (1) year experience as Forklift Operator Job Functions: . Operate trucks to deliver family food packs (FFPs) and other goods to DSWD Field Offices. . Operate forklift to haul/transfer supplies/materials and other goods/items/FFPs from delivery trucks to warehouse or from one warehouse to another warehouse. . Ensure functionality, cleanliness, and maintenance of the assigned truck at all times . Accomplish and submit on-time daily reports, whenever necessary, and trip tickets appropriately. . Keep and maintain vehicle tools. . Conduct daily maintenance check-ups to ensure the roadworthiness of trucks. . Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
