We're all excited about the opportunity to make a real and measurable impact on health!As a Video Editor, you will be joining as a full-time video & media editor. This is an opportunity to be part of the founding team and help us set the foundation for our media editing pipelines within the company.Own - You will be singularly responsible for:

Compiling footage provided by our video recording team into engaging posts on YouTube (3-10mins), Instagram (10-90sec), and TikTok (10-90sec).
Initial focus on content for our running channel - The Run Experience.
Eventually branch into working on content for other apps and channels.
Converting footage into interactive programming in our health and fitness app (using our custom Dashboard tool - which we’ll train you on).

Assist - You will be involved, or collaborating with other team members on:

Creating light graphic design assets - marketing and social media collateral.
Research best practices leveraging modern AI tools and workflows.
Create SOPs on best practices for media editing.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years experience as with video editing. Experience with photo editing (ideally using AI tools to create high quality images). Experience in a startup environment is a solid plus.
Good to Excellent Communication skill in both written and oral.
Proficiency in using ClickUp, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Figma, (We’d also love for you to be ahead of the curve on leveraging AI technology - be it in Canva, RunwayML, Magnifiq, or any other software)
Ability to work under pressure with deadlines, and to adapt to evolving priorities. Ability to direct your attention to the most important problems when needed.
