Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, live chats, and social media. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also collaborate with team members to improve service procedures continually.
