Responsible for gathering, synthesizing, and presenting actionable insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the fintech industry to inform strategic decision-making. Conducts user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points in the fintech space, using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product and strategy development. Supports strategic project management by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and develop business cases or strategic recommendations. Prepares high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Engages with the management team to discuss research findings, strategic insights, and project progress. Performs additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager to support the organization's strategic objectives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year course, with graduation expected between January 2025 and December 2025. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and synthesize large amounts of information. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic understanding of the financial services or fintech industry (e.g., digital payments, banking, lending) is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, including senior management. Proficiency in Google Docs or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is an advantage.
