Mechanical Engineer

• Design, review, and approve mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection) systems in fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, interior designers, and other MEP professionals to integrate mechanical systems into interior designs.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and shop drawings in compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of mechanical components.
• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
• Support project managers in preparing progress reports and resolving technical issues during construction.
• Attend client and contractor meetings and provide technical expertise during project
