Key Responsibilities Contributes to team's sales and solution productivity for smaller engagements/short form proposals/template proposals/3rd party related proposals, Managed Services proposal and etc. Lead/help the creation of sales proposals, RFP responses, and presentations. Ensure consistency of proposals, accuracy and compliance with company standards. Maintain a library of templates, case studies and standard content for reuse. Track proposal deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely submission. Review documents for clarity and structure before submission. Meets outbound response metrics as set and measured on a monthly basis. Contribute positively towards the achievement of margin performance targets in all aspects of the team's activities. Respond to inbound telephone calls, emails and IMs promptly and efficiently. Work with Sales, Solution Architect, Project Manager, INS Team and Professional/Managed Services to gather input and build tailored solutions. Performs other duties as requested to support the Professional/Managed Services sales and delivery teams. Ensure Data#3 sales and solution architect process is followed in conjunction with the relevant team i.e. CSRs, Services Coordinators, and Project Managers etc. Ensure customer and sales data is current and accurate. Work within sales/presales and services solution engagement processes. Attend and contribute to team meetings as appropriate. Help Presales team position solutions more effectively. As part of your position, in addition to (c) above, you: May be required to perform duties off-site, including at customer, vendor/partner and supplier sites, which require, as a condition of entry, you to hold a National Police Certificate. May be responsible for accessing internal and third-party computer systems containing highly sensitive confidential corporate and personal information. May be engaged in capacities that require Data#3 to have the highest degree of confidence in your honesty and integrity. Accordingly, the satisfactory completion of a National Police Certificate is an inherent requirement of your position. Requirements ey Experience, Skills & Abilities Experience Experience in presales, proposal writing and/or sales support. Proven track record of integrity in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues. Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer and vendor relationships. Knowledge of Professional Services and Infrastructure operations. Familiarity with RFP processes and sales cycle is a plus. Skills Strong writing, editing and presentation skills with an eye for detail. Ability to balance multiple assignments/tasks under tight deadlines. Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win/win situation. Focus on attention to detail and ability to closely follow instructions. Efficient collaboration skills with internal/external customers and cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, telephone manner and customer orientation. Organized, detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
