Primary Function Evaluation of newly delivered materials, chemicals, lube oils and tools to ensure that the materials conform with the specifications prescribed in the Purchase Requisition Conducting physical inventory of stock materials (cycle counting) for control and to avoid stock run-out and coordinates with the Inventory Planner stock items for reorder Maintain documents/records and reports, both manual and computerized required for an efficient materials cataloguing and inventory control system in the refinery Job Description Plan and organize daily warehouse activities to meet PBR requirements Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize overall operational efficiency Oversee the receiving / issuance / delivery of process chemicals, catalysts, lube oils, special tubes, and other turnaround materials. Ensure that items are handled and stored in compliance with quality standards Ensure stock items are properly tagged/labeled in their assigned bin locations as reflected in SAP Initiate applicable protection, preservation, cleaning, and oiling of the stock materials Coordinate receipts and issuance of Direct Charge Materials (DCM) to end-users / requisitioners Coordinates the inspection / testing of critical stock materials and newly recommended warehouse stocks with requisitioners Prepare Materials Inspection and Rejection reports arising from the receipt of off-specs, short-shipped, defective, and bad ordered materials as recommended by end-users or as he/she may deemed necessary Implement inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies Assist in the identification/reclamation/disposal of surplus, salvageable and scrap materials / equipment Reviews dormant chemicals and other materials with the objective of removing those no longer needed Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall warehouse performance Maintain good housekeeping/ensure proper maintenance of Utilities and Satellite warehouses and open storage yards Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or similar programs Must have at least 2 years of working experience inventory planning, warehouse operations and materials management Show more Show less
