Finance Specialist

• Prepare in-store Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to assess branch performance.
• Conduct financial analyses, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, to guide strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial reports to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.

• Perform account reconciliation for POS data and third-party platforms (e.g., Grab, FoodPanda, GCash, or other payment channels).
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and payment records to ensure financial accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, including maintaining optimal cash balances and ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow statements to support operational and investment decisions.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies (e.g., BIR, SEC, DOLE compliance).
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies for financial reporting and compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions, tax filings, and compliance records.

• Supervise and provide guidance to finance team members.
• Implement best practices for financial operations and internal controls.
• Work closely with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals.

• Maintain and analyze financial dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide data-driven financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders.

• Support the General Manager and President in financial decision-making and strategic planning.
• Participate in financial meetings, budget reviews, and business planning sessions.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
