The AWS Lead Operations Specialist is ultimately responsible for supporting the administrative functions of AWS APN pipeline operations. This role will provide ongoing updates and communication to internal and AWS stakeholders on the status of our APN pipeline health. They are actioning tasks within our SLAs, empowering team members to scale.The 3 key measures within the Lead Operations management process:Maintaining enhanced response time and meeting SLAEnsuring consistent communication and updates of internal and external systemsOperational efficiency through process executionWhat You’ll DoResponsible for entering opportunities into APN and ensuring opportunities are kept up to dateProviding consistent communication to AWS partners and internal stakeholders on pipeline reportingMaintaining accurate and updated information across all necessary systemsInfluence operational efficiencies in AWS lead processTrack and monitor progress of AWS opportunities from start to endAdministrative duties as required (examples include but not limited to: account mapping, submitting PR requests via MS Forms, submitting new/update vendor cases in SFDC)What You’ll Bring to the Table1+ year of administrative, sales, or operations roleStrong communication skills, and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders including sales teams, vendors, and other technical resourcesA customer-first mentality, centered on ensuring best possible experienceA problem-solving mind that can lend itself to identifying how we can improve and optimize processDetail-oriented mindset with focus on maintaining accurate and updated information across multiple internal and external systemsComfortable with administrative functions and data entry, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and/or PowerBIStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (recommended in role)High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
