If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success – join us today!UCT is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join us in Cebu!The Data Analyst ensures accurate and timely creation of purchase requisitions, validates engineering change orders for compliance with company and customer standards, and supports strategic supplier management. This role drives process integrity by coordinating with requestors, buyers, and category managers, resolving ambiguities, and maintaining adherence to critical part change control. The analyst contributes to operational efficiency and compliance, enabling informed decisions and seamless procurement workflows.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all required information to creating a PR is received from requestor.

Supplier name
Supplier code (ERP system)
Part number
Quantity needed for FAIR
Quote Price for FAIR
Ask any questions if unclear what needs to be done.
Create Purchase Requisition (PR) in ERP system.
Communicate to the Buyer the PR number, ask to convert to a PO and send to the supplier with the requestor in copy.
Review ECO changes to ensure

Compliance to CE! and Critical part change control/Supplier change request process
Adherence to BTP Category Strategies qualifying Strategic Suppliers
Compliance to Customer specified OEM commercial component MFR and MPN
Approving ECOs that meet the above criteria.
Rejecting ECOs that don’t meet the criteria.
Outlining reason for rejection.
Asking questions if unclear on whether ECOs should be approved or rejected to get all the facts.
Following up to get responses if questions are not answered.
Notifying Category Managers and Supplier Quality Engineers for BTP parts changing CE! /CP flags.
Support in other areas as requested by Supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Technical background in preferably in manufacturing environment.
Ability to read drawings, BOMs, Commercial and technical specifications.
Critical thinking to analyze data, identify issues, develop solutions and implementation.
Experience with Agile and SAP ERP system preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptability to dynamic change environment.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

Diploma / Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Buyer or Planner and/or in Configuration Engineering is preferred.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment preferably in a manufacturing environment.
