- Architect scalable and modular systems using a blend of traditional coding, no-code/low-code platforms, and third-party SaaS integrations.
- Evaluate technical feasibility of product features and propose appropriate tech stacks.
- Lead the technical discovery phase, define architecture, and translate product requirements into system design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business analysts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Own and document architecture decisions, integration diagrams, and tech workflows.
- Manage and guide development teams (including no-code builders, full-stack devs, and API integrators).
- Review and write code where necessary (e.g., for custom integrations or microservices).
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all systems and processes.
- Stay current with trends in AI, automation, cloud services, and no-code tooling.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong architectural instincts: able to design systems with clarity, scalability, and maintainability
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms.
- Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier.
- Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication: able to explain complex technical ideas to non-engineers
- Comfortable leading and mentoring small technical teams (internal or external)
- Flexible, pragmatic mindset: startup pace with enterprise discipline
- Base Salary: USD $2,000 per month.
- Performance Incentives: USD $150– $500 per month tied to KPI over-performance.
