- Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of all teacher training programs. You are responsible for ensuring every session achieves a minimum 9/10 satisfaction rating
- Team Mobilization: Recruit, vet, and manage a high-performing squad of training team (Program Coordinator, Trainers, Emcee/Host, Zoom Operator, Creatives, etc). You ensure the right talent is in the right place, fully equipped, and "WayMaker Certified"
- Learning Outcome Accountability: Bridge the gap between "attendance" and "capability." You will track and report on the specific learning outcomes promised to our partners (e.g., learning engagement, school partnerships, CPD release, etc. )
- Operational Rigor: Must have at least 5 of years of experience in operations or project management , with a proven track record of managing complex logistics for large-scale service delivery (e.g., large events, BPO training, or high-growth hospitality)
- Data Quality Control: Ability to translate ratings into specific learning experience, trainer behaviors and curriculum adjustments
- Commercial Fluency: Not just budgeting, but an understanding of gross margin levers (e.g., optimizing trainer-to-student ratios and automating admin tasks ).
