Conduct factual and legal research, including case law and statutory analysis.
Organize and prepare evidence for hearings, trials, and closings.
Manage client communications and serve as a point of contact.
Maintain and coordinate attorney calendars, deadlines, and schedules.
Support attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and closings.
Collaborate with clients, outside counsel, and other professionals.
Perform administrative support tasks for both litigation and transactional matters.Focus AreasLitigation: Supporting attorneys in dispute resolution, trial preparation, and case management.
Transactional: Assisting with business transactions, contract preparation, and corporate documentation.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of paralegal experience (litigation and transactional required).
Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and litigation processes.
Proven experience in drafting, organizing, and filing legal documents.
Familiarity with corporate and business transactions.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
