- Build and develop a potential client database
- Call potential clients and convert them into active clients
- Identify new business opportunity and create sales pipeline strategy to reach new introducing partners
- Able to interpret sales metrics and goal oriented
- Build, develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Educate clients to understand the concept of online trading
- Guide prospective clients through the account opening process
- Provide Sales Managers with timely updates for prospect pipeline
- Provide appropriate sales & marketing communication and literature to partners and potential customers
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field or equivalent
- Experienced in the Forex Industry, preferably a current Business Developer
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Great leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Filipino, both spoken and written
- Additional knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, both spoken and written will be considered as an added advantage
- Flexible and adaptive to changes, quick to learn and proactive
