Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide data engineering strategy aligned with business goals
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures for structured and unstructured data
Collaborate across data science, analytics, and business teams to deliver impactful data solutions
Implement best practices for data reliability, governance, security, and operational excellence
Guide tool and platform selection, driving modernization across cloud-based engineering stacks
Mentor and manage high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
Advanced expertise in building scalable data pipelines using tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficient in SQL, Python, and modern data architecture practices including data warehousing, lakehouse, ETL/ELT workflows
Preferred experience with real-time analytics, ML pipelines, data mesh, CI/CD, and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), plus relevant certifications
Deep understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization techniques
Proven leadership in data engineering across complex, large-scale environments, with strong stakeholder and team management skills
