As a Medical Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our company and its clientele, ensuring that all interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. Your role will include: * Engaging with customers to provide detailed information and answer questions regarding our medical products and services.

Addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Taking immediate and effective action to resolve any customer concerns or complaints, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
Preparing and maintaining accurate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to inform company strategies and improve service quality.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and team members to streamline communication and enhance the customer experience.
Staying informed about the latest healthcare industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company's reputation and contributing to its success by providing outstanding service and support to our valued customers.

Medical background is preferred;
Medical Technologist or Nursing background;
Previous experience in coordination, logistics and managing order;
Customer service oriented;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
