Leverage SAP S/4HANA to support high-volume AR processes, resolve issues, and assist in month-end close and audits. 🚀Key ResponsibilitiesPost and review customer payments for local, export, trade, non-trade, and intercompany transactionsClear advances, cash float, cancelled invoices, and deferred accountsManage promo, penalty, returns, and unfulfilled clearing activitiesHandle customer claims, admin fees, and trucking charge transfers to APProcess debit and credit memos, ensuring correct account postingsIssue and print official receipts, sales invoices, and credit memosPrepare weekly overdue scorecards (WOS), WORR, ARO reports, and channel-wise aging analysisPrepare deferred accounts reports and intercompany sales invoices reconciliationsMaintain unliquidated employee advances reportingSupport month-end close and ensure all AR postings are completed timelyHandle customer and internal stakeholder queriesSupport audits and internal control checksGuide analysts on transaction processing and system usageQualifications3–5 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experienceStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANA AR processesKnowledge of clearing, adjustments, deferred revenue, promo, returns, and distributor accountingStrong reconciliation and issue-resolution skillsAdvanced Excel and reporting capabilitiesAbility to manage high-volume and complex transactions
