Job Overview We are looking for a Benefits Specialist based in the Philippines with at least 2 years of relevant experience .This role plays a key part in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, focusing on employee benefits administration , client account management , employee onboarding and offboarding , and ensuring compliance with local HR and statutory regulations . You will act as a point of contact for both clients and employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience throughout. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and their employees. Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant process. Administer statutory and non-statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, leave entitlements, etc.) accurately and on time. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and government-mandated requirements. Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation in line with legal and company standards. Support client inquiries and requests related to employee benefits and HR processes. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client or employee issues promptly. Stay updated with changes in labor laws, government contributions, and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, employee benefits administration, or account servicing . Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws , government contributions, and HR compliance requirements. Experience in client-facing roles or account management is a strong advantage. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in English and Filipino , both written and spoken. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
