HR Generalist Job Summary Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Duties include comparing laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents, and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding Post job openings and screen resumes Coordinate and schedule interviews Conduct onboarding process for new hires including orientation and paperwork Employee Relations Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances HR Administration Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/Database Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates Benefits Administration Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs Handle employee benefits inquiries and provide information on available options Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data Assist in setting up performance review meetings Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in preparing reports and documents for audits Training and Development Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees Maintain training records and track employee development HR Projects Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs Research HR best practices and trends Responsibilities Handle a wide range of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and administration Skills And Knowledge Broad understanding of HR practices and policies Ability to perform multiple functions and support HR initiatives Level Entry-level or mid-level positions providing HR foundational support Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Highlight Education) Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office; presentation tools (Canva, PowerPoint) 23 years of work experience (Highlight Experience) Regular Reports Full-time position, Monday through Friday Provide HR Director with updated reports
