JOB SUMMARY:The Quality Management Systems Assistant is tasked with developing and implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 and Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001. This involves executing policies, strategies, procedures, training, monitoring, and reporting. The primary objective of this role is to collaborate closely with the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) department, engaging internal stakeholders to optimize processes and procedures.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develop, update, and revise policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation, preparing them for reproduction and distribution.2. Assist in the implementation of quality and environmental management programs.3. Execute the Quality and Environmental Management System Internal Audit.4. Document all findings and corrective actions from Quality and Environmental Internal Audits.5. Conduct document reviews to ensure documents are updated, intact, complete, correct, and accurate.
