Job Descriptions: Assist in period, quarter, and year-end close procedures for timely and accurate financial reporting Ensure reporting deadlines are met Assist in analyzing and resolving accounting issues related to capital expenditures and CIP (construction in progress) Perform ERP system maintenance in support of Project Accounting Record business transactions via project accounting subledger and general ledger entries Review purchasing support and capital treatment determination according to GAAP and company capital policy Maintain balance sheet workpapers and account reconciliations Fixed Asset Management responsibilities including planning & executing asset additions, transfers & Disposals Other duties as necessary to support the department and company financial functions Job Qualifications: Proficiency in Excel Knowledge and understanding of GAAP Ability to analyze data Critical thinking skills Accounting organizational and time management skills
