As part of our growth, your tasks will be to: Monitor and update collection reports Work closely with Field Officers to achieve the target recovery rate per month Conduct field visits for evaluation and coaching Create and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed Facilitate huddles, meetings, and calibration on a regular basis, or as needed Facilitate training roll outs in different local areas such as MS Trainings and Pre-Employment Training Responsible for complaint coordination and resolution Assist in screening and selecting applicants for the Field Officer position Communicate and cooperate with external agencies Propose changes in Field Collections processes to optimize it You know you are the perfect fit if you have: Owns a motorcycle with ORCR | Deed of Sale Must know how to drive motorcycle with driver's license At least 2-3 years of experience in Field Collection, familiar with Metro Manila or his assigned local area At least 1 year experience in supervising a team minimum of 5 FTE Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, Excellent management and organization skills and Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills Proficient with computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Good knowledge in English and local dialect With strong integrity to all given tasks and handle his team and clients with professionalism Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent worker has good sense of control
