- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target industries.
- Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling) to generate pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with business goals.
- Partner with consulting and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Report key sales metrics and insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or technology.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Experience selling consulting services, SaaS, or AI/technology solutions.
- Knowledge of digital media and marketing optimization.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and managing enterprise-level deals.
