About the Role As a Merchandising Supervisor , you will play a key role in building, developing, and implementing a comprehensive product catalogue across WalterMart.Com's Grocery Delivery, Hub, and Yellow Store channels. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned category groups across WalterMart.Com online channels. Develop and optimize category strategies, including vendor selection, pricing, assortment, and promotions. Build strong vendor partnerships to secure better terms, exclusive deals, and marketing support. Identify market trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Monitor competitors and execute innovative merchandising strategies to stay ahead in the market. Ensure seamless coordination with Supermarket Category Development for aligned category touchpoints. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or e-commerce.
