Lead the development of high quality blocking, stacking, and workplace test fits. Deliver clear, efficient, and well balanced layouts within tight turnaround timelines. Translate client requirements, headcount data, and growth projections into practical and compelling spatial solutions. Integrate circulation logic, early code awareness, and client standards into planning proposals. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related discipline. 12 years + of experience, with a proven track record in Workplace design with strong expertise in blocking, stacking, and high volume test-fitting Demonstrated ability to produce accurate layouts under tight deadlines. Experience supporting international projects, particularly North America or APAC, is preferred Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design solutions Experience with visualization tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion is an advantage Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required), with working knowledge in Revit. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to this role. Strong command in written and spoken English is essential. Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for contributing to the team's digital initiative and process automation efforts. Work closely with regional design teams under a “One Team” approach. Contribute to coordination calls, design workshops, and client presentations when required. Support digital initiatives and continuous process improvement within the team.
