Chief of Staff The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic enabler and operational leader for the Managing Director of our Clients Global Service Centre (GSC) in Manilla. The role is responsible for driving execution across strategic priorities, ensuring operational discipline, facilitating leadership team alignment, and supporting cross-functional initiatives across various groups such as Invoice to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Accounting to Reporting operations supporting our client. Duties and Responsibilities Translate the MD's strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and operational plans. Lead and monitor cross-functional programs focused on billing, accounts receivable/payable, compliance, and treasury optimisation. Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Managing Director, providing data[1]driven insights and recommendations. Represent the MD in leadership meetings, operational reviews, and transformation programs when required. Manage the operating cadence of the MD's leadership team, including setting agendas, driving alignment, and ensuring timely execution of actions. Support workforce planning, organisational reviews, and leadership development efforts. Drive internal communications related to finance operations transformation, process improvements, and compliance initiatives. Act as a liaison between the MD and key internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. Collaborate with Financial Planning, Tax, and Business Assurance teams to generate insights that inform strategic decisions. Skills & Experience At least 10 years of experience in financial operations, business transformation, consulting, or executive advisory roles. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred). Strong operational finance knowledge across Invoice to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Accounting to Reporting.
