Location: Tanay, Rizal Reporting to: Senior Production Manager Technologies Supervised: Solvent-Based Sealants & Adhesives, Polymer-Modified Binders, Water-Based Products, Epoxy Products, and other emerging technologies About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Process Supervisor to lead and manage our manufacturing operations at the Tanay Plant. This role is critical in ensuring that production targets are consistently met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Production Operations & Planning Lead and supervise multiple production mixing lines Develop and implement monthly semi-finished goods production plans Ensure alignment between semi-finished and finished goods planning Monitor daily operations and ensure production targets are met Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Team Leadership Supervise a team of 15 Production Charging Operators, 4 Leadmen, and 2 Technicians Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment Implement corrective and disciplinary actions when necessary Evaluate team performance and recommend merit increases or disciplinary actions Process Engineering Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues Optimize production processes for efficiency, safety, and quality Conduct trials for new products and process modifications Maintain and improve process work instructions Quality & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and specifications Conduct random sampling and line inspections Collaborate closely with QA, Engineering, and other support teams Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards Machine Maintenance Ensure all machines are in optimal working condition Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance for timely repairs Monitor availability of packaging materials Safety, Health & Environment Implement and monitor HSE policies and programs Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area Promote a culture of safety and quality consciousness Qualifications Technical Expertise Minimum 5 years of experience in adhesive or chemical manufacturing Strong background in production planning and process optimization Leadership Experience At least 5 years of experience in people management Education Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering Project Management Experience in project management is a plus Show more Show less
