About the Role The position shall be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of communications strategy of all strategic initiatives of the agency distribution channel. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute the communication framework that will engage and support the Agency Distribution Channel in achieving its goals. Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on the strategic initiative. Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, and other marketing material that communicates and promotes the agency channel's strategy Work hand in hand with the Incentive and Events Officers to determine the audience of agency campaigns and create a promotion strategy for these Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the agency distribution channel, and coordinate with the Brand and Communications Team as required. Design promotion materials and collaterals for distribution to the agency force Identify the appropriate channels for the distribution of promotion materials and collaterals Manage and maximize the content calendar for all agency-related communications Monitor actual spend on promotional materials Prepare a review of communications strategy Establish relevant communication platforms that will increase agency engagement, such as but not limited to social media platforms, activations, SMS, or email Integrate all brand equity and visual identity features in all initiatives, events, trips, and communication materials that will be released to the Agency Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Minimum Job Requirements: Graduate of any communication or business-related course (i.e. Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration) Background in communications is preferred Proficient in MS Office and presentation software applications Proficient in design and publishing software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) Excellent in oral and written communication skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills Creativity and innovativeness Basic project management skills Must be a self-starter and can work with minimal supervision Can work well with a team
