Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the client, the MEP/FP/IT design team, and other consultants to ensure the design is consistent with the client's vision, to identify and resolve areas of conflict, to ensure a fully coordinated interdisciplinary design, and to ensure the design schedule is maintained. Participate in meetings and conference calls when deemed necessary. Become familiar with the codes that are applicable to the project. Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other software to create drawings and construction document packages. Develop and maintain company&aposs Revit/BIM standards, protocols, and execution. Modify architectural CAD/BIM files for use in MEP design drawings (clean-up, audit reference, troubleshoot). Create and maintain Revit families. Prepare projects for client submissions. Provide mentoring and guidance for colleagues. What We Are Looking For In possession of an Associate degree in Architectural Engineering or Computer-Aided Drafting Two or more years of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM experience. Exceptional communication and organization skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask. Ability to work independently and efficiently upon receiving necessary direction and information. Thrive in fast-paced environments with a desire to work efficiently.
