You will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and end-users in an Agile environment to ensure system functionality, usability, and performance.YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the delivery of testing solutions in a collaborative team environmentDevelop and maintain test plans, test scripts, test data, and reportsManage software issues using JIRA and clearly communicate defectsReview user stories and provide accurate test estimatesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planningFacilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Conduct manual and API testing to identify potential issuesCreate and maintain automated test cases to improve efficiencyImplement BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) practicesDesign and execute test scenarios for comprehensive coverageAnalyse test results and report findings to stakeholdersCollaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve bugsStay updated with testing tools and methodologiesMentor junior testers and share best practicesSupport the Product Manager with additional assigned tasksWHAT YOU’LL BRINGAt least 5 years' experience in software testing on complex projectsExpertise in manual testing and API testingFamiliarity with BDD and automated testing toolsProficient with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong documentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience leading UAT processesBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Desirable:Experience with Appian or low-code platformsLegal tech background is a plusWHAT WE VALUEWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:Curious and Clever – Smart questions spark smart solutionsEntrepreneurial Energy – Think like an owner.
