- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI developers, data analysts, and data engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse and data marts.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the BI infrastructure (ETL/ELT processes, data models).
- Lead the development of enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.
- Partner with business leaders (e.g., in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to identify KPIs and analytical needs.
- Manage the BI project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Ensure the BI environment meets SLAs for data refresh, availability, and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Managing a modern data stack (e.g., ETL tools, cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery, and BI visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau).
- Data modeling (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) and SQL.
- Leading end-to-end BI project delivery.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Associate, cloud data engineering certs).
- Experience with advanced analytics, data science concepts, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R for data manipulation.
