- Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to managers and senior medical coding professionals
- Drive performance accountability, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds established SLAs and KPIs
- Lead high visibility initiatives such as new market launches, service expansions, and business development opportunities
- Oversee planning, forecasting, and allocation of resources to meet operational and business requirements
- Ensure adherence to standardized systems, processes, and methodologies for effective monitoring, control, quality management, and delivery of services
- Strategic Analysis & Industry Engagement
- Deliver insights and analysis on competitive landscape, healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities
- Support senior leadership in shaping and influencing public healthcare policy and industry initiatives
- Develop innovative solutions to address long-standing challenges in improving healthcare quality and outcomes
- People Management & Development
- Lead people management activities including coaching, mentoring, career development, succession planning, and performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer to enhance organizational capability and operational reliability
- Quality, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and deliver operational, performance, quality, and service improvement reports on schedule or as required
- Address and manage escalated client or operational issues with solid documentation and problem solving capabilities
- Maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular reviews, communication, and alignment of expectations
- Compliance & Organizational Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies, employment conditions, and directives including but not limited to reassignment, shift changes, and flexible work arrangements
- Champion adherence to regulatory standards, data integrity, and compliance in all medical coding operations
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5+ years of experience in USRN Healthcare Operations, specifically in Case Management, Utilization Management
- Experience working in multi-national, multi-cultural environments
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading personnel
- Extensive experience in knowledge gathering, due diligence, project commissioning, transition management, and service transformation
- Solid documentation skills and experience handling escalations and complex customer interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to interpret and emulate customer-specific processes and operational frameworks
- Highly customer-focused, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
- Proven capability of working independently with minimal supervision
