Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

• Handle and monitor the day-to-day financial operations within client’s parent entity (payroll, invoicing, payment, bank and other transactions)
• Handle allocation of costs to projects and subsidiaries (if any)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Prepare investor report, mothership runway and cashflow forecast
• Prepare annual consolidated financials for the client for audit, government requirements and tax filing
• Participate in strategic data analysis, budgeting, research, and modeling for the client’s senior leadership team
• Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
• Manage the client's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with tax agent for tax related filing and documentation required
• Coordinate with Tax/Accounting Advisor for any tax or accounting concerns
• Handle and support external audit engagement and requirements of the client
• Maintain and update finance process manual/documentations of the client
• Liaise with other Finance/Accounting Manager for overall financials of the client

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required, CPA and other certifications are a plus
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in accounting and or financial control, management reporting and business analysis
• With experience or familiar with intercompany and cross-border transactions
• With at least 3 years of experience in guiding staff and managing teams and/or projects
• Strong coordination, judgment, decision-making ability, team management ability and good cross-cultural communication ability; responsible and initiative
• Familiar with taxation, accounting standards, and auditing regulations and policies
• Flexibility with hours and able to meet deadlines
