Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Development Officer located in Quezon City. The Training and Development Officer will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing and delivering training programs, managing learning resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The officer will work closely with other departments to identify training requirements and ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
