Details:
  • Onsite HR support and act as liaison for employees
  • Responsible for handling management, employee and discipline concerns
  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the HRIS and payroll data
  • May assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and their communication to the employees
  • May assist with the administration of the compensation system
  • May assist with the administration of benefit programs
Job RequirementsDetails:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Less than 2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of benefit plans.
  • Knowledge of management practices.
  • Knowledge of Philippine employment laws
  • Knowledge of HR management practices, preferably in the BPO setting
  • Public speaking capabilities helpful
  • Good problem resolution skills
  • Excellent ability to handle conflict
  • Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
  • Required to work onsite from day one at 3F and 5F iMET BPO, Metrobank Avenue, Metropolitan Park, Roxas Blvd., Barangay 76, Pasay City.
