
HR Generalist

- Onsite HR support and act as liaison for employees
- Responsible for handling management, employee and discipline concerns
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the HRIS and payroll data
- May assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and their communication to the employees
- May assist with the administration of the compensation system
- May assist with the administration of benefit programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Less than 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of benefit plans.
- Knowledge of management practices.
- Knowledge of Philippine employment laws
- Knowledge of HR management practices, preferably in the BPO setting
- Public speaking capabilities helpful
- Good problem resolution skills
- Excellent ability to handle conflict
- Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
- Required to work onsite from day one at 3F and 5F iMET BPO, Metrobank Avenue, Metropolitan Park, Roxas Blvd., Barangay 76, Pasay City.
