Job Description Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, and Real-time monitoring.
