Oversee all aspects of project management, including product presentation, requirements gathering, installation, training, and aftersales support to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Develop innovative sales strategies and lead-generation initiatives to explore and capitalize on untapped business opportunities. Conduct market sensing activities to assess customer needs and identify emerging trends for future business expansion. Prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports and project progress updates, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making for business growth and performance improvements. What We&aposre Looking For: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any equivalent field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, with a demonstrated track record of gaining access to high-level decision makers. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and professionalism. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability to change is key. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex sales processes. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders. Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or other related areas are preferred. Specialized training in negotiation, client relationship management, or business strategy is an asset. Willingness to travel as part of job responsibilities. Having a car is an advantage.
