Produce the best quality food items available.
Work closely with the Service Leader - Chef de Partie to assure a smooth operation in all aspects of the Kitchen.
Has a helpful attitude to extend beyond guest's expectations.
In charge of any area at any time

We are looking for someone who:

Experience in an International Hotel or a high calibre Restaurant is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in international cuisine.
Knowledgeable in good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
Displays initiative and creativity.
Guest-oriented, team player and has eye for details.
Has a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Culinary Department
