- Experience in an International Hotel or a high calibre Restaurant is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in international cuisine.
- Knowledgeable in good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
- Displays initiative and creativity.
- Guest-oriented, team player and has eye for details.
- Has a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Culinary Department
