We are looking for a Mobilisation Officer for a client in Australia to coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of personnel deployed to Australian sites, ensuring full compliance, timely onboarding, and seamless logistics execution. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational continuity and meeting client readiness requirements. Qualifications and Attributes 2+ years in offshore mobilisation, recruitment coordination, or HR admin Strong attention to detail and ability to track many moving parts Clear written and spoken English with confident communication Proactive approach to problem-solving and deadline management Understands the high standards of Australian workplace compliance Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential documents Key Duties Coordinate mobilisation schedules and end-to-end documentation workflows. Liaise with candidates to collect necessary documents (e.g. police checks, driving licence checks, white cards, VEVO, medicals). Communicate with clients and internal Australian teams regarding onboarding timelines. Manage checklists and ensure compliance steps are completed before mobilisation. Organise travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and site transfers if required. Maintain accurate mobilisation records in the tracking system and prepare status reports. Flag and escalate potential delays or compliance gaps promptly.
