Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Hong Kong-based Interior Design team, with a strong background in hospitality. This role will manage and guide a team of designers while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality design outcomes aligned with brand standards. Review and guide all design documentation including finishes, FF&E, lighting, artwork, and accessories to ensure cohesion with the overarching design vision and project objectives. Support project delivery teams throughout all stages, ensuring consultants and contractors meet required quality levels, regulatory requirements, and brand standards. Prepare and contribute to design presentations for senior leadership, clearly articulating design intent, space planning, layouts, and FF&E selections for milestone approvals. Develop and maintain clear design narratives and briefs, collaborating closely with consultants to deliver practical, durable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with operational needs and project budgets. Requirements Extensive experience in luxury hospitality-focused interior design covering hotels, F&B, retail, or luxury mixed-use gained within top design studios, consultancies AND corporate development environments - REQUIRED . Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, collaborate confidently with senior executives, and drive a unified design direction across multiple stakeholders. Advanced project management and organisational capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects from concept through to completion while upholding high design standards. Robust technical and creative design aptitude, including space planning, FF&E, materials, design processes, and proficiency in key software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline (Master's preferred), with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience This role is a relocation role based in Hong Kong with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
