Staff4Me is looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless experiences for our users. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create robust and scalable applications that meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality app delivery.
Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into the application as required.
Stay up-to-date with Flutter and Dart technologies, trends, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile development processes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a portfolio of published applications.
Proficient in Dart programming and Flutter framework.
Solid understanding of state management approaches like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries/integrations.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of mobile design principles and platform guidelines (iOS and Android).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills

Experience with native iOS/Android development.
Knowledge of database management (e.g., Firebase, SQLite).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of testing frameworks and debugging tools.
