Responsibilities
- Define strategic and operation direction of the People & Culture (Human Resource) group, including defining the operational model, process design and improvement, systems of work and technology, team leadership and talent management.
- Define, monitor and ensure the delivery of comprehensive set of performance metrics that are relevant to the Human Resource operational model
- Establish standards and procedures for handling employees’ questions, transactions and administration of Human Resource programs
- Provide leadership and ownership in determining service level agreements, determining control standards and identifying issues escalation matrix
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related Human Resources field, CPHR / SPHR strongly preferred.
- Seven to ten years of HR or call center experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading human resources functions in a site or WFH set-up
- Actively solicits customer feedback to develop a solid ongoing relationship
- Exhibits good listening skills. Communicates cross-functionally to ensure all parties are informed as needed.
- Defines team roles and responsibilities based on objectives and measures.
- Pursues work with energy, drive and perseverance.
- Integrates complex or conflicting information to arrive at clear and timely decisions
- Effectively communicates team members’ strengths and development needs to reinforce performance improvement.
