- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for clients, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate goals.
- Drive the brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage brand architecture and implement strategies to differentiate and strengthen each product category within the market.
- Plan and oversee the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and experiential) to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, integrated campaign execution that supports sales objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive activity.
- Analyze data to understand brand performance, customer preferences, and target demographics to inform marketing strategies.
- Use consumer insights to refine messaging and product positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, website management, and online advertising to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop a content strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and customer retention, enhancing brand reputation in digital channels.
- Manage relationships with third-party digital agencies and vendors to support online initiatives.
- Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide materials and support to drive in-store visibility and promotions.
- Partner with distribution and retail channels to develop effective point-of-sale marketing materials and promotional displays.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on budget spending, adjusting as necessary to optimize return on investment.
- Develop a PR strategy to enhance brand image and manage media relations, handling press releases, and building relationships with key industry journalists.
- Act as a brand spokesperson as needed and ensure brand communications are consistent and aligned with corporate values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the FMCG, food, or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine market, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully executing brand and marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
