Job Summary The Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital marketing infrastructure. This role ensures that all marketing systems - including advertising platforms, website, SEO, and CRM - function efficiently to capture, track, and route leads seamlessly to the Customer Relationship Team. The position focuses on technical enablement, performance monitoring, automation, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan, Implement, And Monitor Digital Advertising Campaigns Including Pre-roll Ads Search Ads Display Ads Native Ads Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, ensuring proper execution, tracking, and automation Oversee SEO strategies, Google Maps listings, and Google Reviews to improve search visibility and rankings Manage website development, updates, and functionality, ensuring proper SEO integration and lead capture systems Administer and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate lead routing to the Customer Relationship Team Act as the bridge between marketing systems and the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-ups Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics across all platforms Troubleshoot technical issues across digital marketing tools and platforms Maintain a secure and organized digital asset registry to ensure continuity and prevent access loss Provide support for other non-marketing IT-related tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field Proficient in website development and implementation Knowledgeable in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage complex digital systems Collaborative and able to coordinate with marketing and customer relationship teams Proficiency in graphic design is an advantage Familiar with Meta Pixel and tracking integrations Benefits Government-mandated benefits In-House Health Care Program Group Personal Accident Insurance Quarterly Bonus Birthday Gift Self-improvement and skills development trainings Free accommodation and utilities (for employees outside Pampanga) Other incentives
